He's KU's to lose. We've done just about all we can to make an impression on him though. Playing with Harris this week and at the Jordan game hopefully shifts him our way.

It'd be nice if him and Harris become good friends this week and decide to play at the same school. Don't see it happening, though. UK gets Knight, KU gets Selby.

We can only hope. I'm just glad Selby won't be going to UK though. We'd never hear the end of that one from UK fans.

nothing really except his schools he has on his list and when he will announce..... Ucon, Us, KU, UK, and Arizona.... will annoucne at the Jordan game.

he says the vols in a very nonchalant way

it was like someone from behind the camera had to remind him. i'm not putting much stock in this interview, or the statement.

IMO I think he has wanted to be a vol, but he he likes the attention he is getting being undecided. I so hope we get him, but I'm not going to get my hopes up.

However when asked why he liked each school, we were the third he mentioned and he actually gave a good reason why he liked us instead of "they are rebuilding" like he said about Zona.

True. But, if we were his "favorite," I can't imagine that he would list us as an afterthought in the first question of the interview. I sure hope I'm wrong, but I didn't leave that video with any sense of security, whatsoever. . . .

. . . .except that if the healthcare system collapses, I can always get a job interviewing for boxofmess.com.

I think part of Selby really wants to be a Vol but not all of him. That and the fact that this isn't his decision alone will be the reason he ends up elsewhere. I think his mom wants him to go to either KU or UK because of a better track record of putting players in the NBA.

Which sucks - because the thing is - players like Selby, Wall, and Cousins - they're going to the NBA no matter what school they choose - so it's a bad cycle for the less prestigious bball schools when trying to land these guys.
