Who knows with this kid, but I think the fact he is making it a point to announce what school he attends at a Nike event leads me to believe he will be attending a Nike sponsored school. Something smells like WWW.
Mama isn't going to warm up to UT until CBP shows that he can develop players and get them into the league. He has had a few recruits that other coaches will point to and hurt our recruiting (Hopson, Crews, Ramar, Chism, Tyler, etc). Hopefully Hopson can progress a ton in the offseason and Harris can be the playmaker that we are banking on. If that happens, CBP may have a couple 1st round draft picks that he can use in recruiting. If not, it will be more of the same with top level recruits.
crews ramar and Tyler would have been kicked off of any big time team. Their talent was over shadowed by their desire to not follow the rules or the law. If anything, parents should be encouraged that Bruce took appropriate punishment measures instead of tolerating their unacceptable antics.

Yeah...that or parents will view this as a program that continues to recruit thugs and feel the need to steer their kids elsewhere. In recruiting, you have to be able to recruit character along with talent.
I think at this point in time the Vols will be able to recruit and land those gems, that have both the talent and the character, but when Pearl first got here the program was in such a poor state, the he had to take all the talent he could get to reach a successful state, I mean UT lost Ramar Smith, and Duke Crews, a 4* and a 5*, to character issues, Tyler Smith to character issues, and lost Josh Tab and Negedu to personal reasons, and still made it to the final four. Pearl is on the right track and I think those character issues with players will subside as the program progresses
