I had the same experience after posting last night. His last name is actually Britton, but there's just not much out there on him.
You'd have to think he's at least entertaining the idea of college for him to switch his commitment. I'd say it still isn't likely he comes to campus, but maybe he has a crazy bonus number in mind.
I wonder if he did it for more leverage considering we would be able to offer a much better NIL deal than Vandy. You'd have to think he's at least entertaining the idea of college for him to switch his commitment. Can we? I have no idea what Vandy's NIL for baseball looks like. Or ours for that matter, if we're being honest. That is a possible angle, which again, would lend itself to the idea of him at least considering school.I wonder if he did it for more leverage considering we would be able to offer a much better NIL deal than Vandy.

Well vandie's endowment is pretty substantial, but they'll always be...SAME OLD vANDIE.Can we? I have no idea what Vandy's NIL for baseball looks like. Or ours for that matter, if we're being honest. Spot on! The SEC is turning into an MLB farm system, right before our very eyes.Odds are he never makes it to campus with a ranking that high, BUT slumming it in the minors is miserable, and with how quickly some of our players are making it through to the majors after their 3 years here, it certainly makes college baseball that much more desirable. Look at Dylan Crews and Paul Skenes, too. Lots of college kids moving fast through the minors these days.
