If fans could donate same way we did for z ..the Men's Basketball player, we could easily get Dye $50,000.. Don't know wat kind of car one can buy with just $10,000.. To me that's not much.. The number of fans now is only 112... out of the best fans we have. guys $10, anything count, let's show recruits why we're the best.
As far as I know, outside of social media, there has been no news media coverage of this. Any reason why?
It’s a totally different situation. I donated to both causes. Having your home burn down is entirely different than “I’m graduating and I’m nervous.”
Alexus has just been given a very sizable amount of money to make a good start as an adult. I can only hope she uses it wisely.
Some youngsters have family who can help them get started and others don’t. I remember when Peyton decided to come back for his final year and a classmate decided to turn pro early some criticized that kid. Archie put a stop to that right away reminding everyone “Peyton’s mama already has a house”.Is this the NIL at work? Are we now subsidizing a players start in life? I'm not sure where all of this is going. I like Alexus but does this start off an annual donation to every player that graduates? It seems like a Pandoras box to me. What about Burrell or Green? Who draws the line where some get assistance and some do not?
I'm not saying we can't help. I've donated to three events so far. I like to help. I would just like to see everyone treated fairly and controls put in place to prevent abuse (not saying someone is abusing or scamming the system now).
Quick question.....If I donated $50, does Alexus get all $50?
I always like to think too that if you help someone else out, when they are able, they will pay it forward. I believe that for sure about Alexus.I'm not saying we can't help. You specify the amount you want Alexus to receive, then GoFundMe asks for an exorbitant administrative fee also, but you can change that to an appropriate amount.
2.9 % + .30 = minuscule transaction fee. You don’t see it. The administrator of the go fund me account sees it.You specify the amount you want Alexus to receive, then GoFundMe asks for an exorbitant administrative fee also, but you can change that to an appropriate amount.
It is a NIL deal, She was on the Vollog podcast when she became a Lady Vol and was one of the first to interview for the Podcast. This Gofundme was approved by compliance with Snoop having to fulfill her NIL deal which is for her to return to the Vollog podcast and answer additional questions that were submitted by those who have donated. It has all been approved. Is this the NIL at work? Are we now subsidizing a players start in life? I'm not sure where all of this is going.
