Heard an old interview w RJ where she said all she wants is to touch the floor, just touch the floor in an NCAA tourney game. That should provide plenty of motivation for her. And the crowning blow to our disaster season if even that doesn't happen.

Got to make better decisions and have a lot more patience with the basketball than we did versus Miss St. If Kellie draws up a play and the defense has it covered have to be able to understand that and do something other than force a play. We decided to play fast a lot this year. I don't know if it is to our benefit as a lot of the teams were better at it than we were.

This reveal would tell me that Tennessee is no lower than a six seed and could be a five. Looks like the NCAA has went way more to the NET this season as Texas ten in the NET is a surprising three seed. LSU seemed to have gotten punished a little pushed to a two seed number five team even as a three in the NET. You can look at the NET rankings and the reveal and see an almost identical seeding based on it's rankings for the most part. So with Tennessee being a 20 NET they are certainly at least a six and possibly a five.

I was thinking the same on Tennessee but to get a 5 i think they will need to run the table in the SEC tournament or make it to the finals ? And Utah still on the #2 line ? TBD

Definitely have to win, but was really surprised how closely the NCAA is following the NET rankings. NC with that loss last night probably is not in the top 16 anymore. Utah is the big surprise this season. Long way to go those ranking could change a lot before the tourney.

Long way to go still need to win some games probably an 18 NET ranking would relate to a five seed. A 20 could be a five more likely a six.

Villanova #4 not sure why are on the 4 line they beat Baylor wow Baylor is not a very good team.

Net ranking 15 which puts you on the four line. Don't know if they should be in the top 16 but their NET rankings says they should and that is what the committee seems to be going by almost totally this season.

So did anyone actually read this? I should have thought to get a hard copy newspaper yesterday but its not something I think of anymore.
LOL we've wondered about this for months and now it's like missing the last episode of a reality show!

Not playing D and rebounding enough in practice and not loving being told to step it up? Seems to be the best guess. ESPN article about it that came out right before UConn game hinted around the edges. We could read that one.

If it ended well, as the part I can read suggests, then good for everyone. And double good for RJ to come out in praise of KJH right now as she totally needs a boost. With our dependence on the portal coming up, we don't need our first elite transfer to look like it was mismanaged.

I read it. Summary: RJ appreciates tough love once she trusts someone, and that they have her best interests at heart. She felt that from Vic Shaefer but did not in all the turmoil at Miss. St. in the two following years. She has that trust again now with Kellie and it sounds like Coach Sam, and feels like she's playing the best basketball of her career because of it.
