No hate I demand and expect excellence. I just don't agree with you in the route to achieve said excellence.

Most of us do in fact expect the same as you. Where we differ is respect to the program and the coach. Like others and myself have stated many, many times. If we have another year like last, then the proverbial ship has not been righted and it will then be time to make a change. Until then, most of us are going to support the program and the coach. It's called respect.

Hatvol seems to have all these special rules regarding how he determines needed characteristics of good football coaches. So I guess Belichick didn't know anything about military or football history when he was failing miserably with the cleveland browns. Hatvol you are just as I said, a complaining idiot, such an easy thing to be in life. I cannot see the knowledge that some of these Hatites on this board think you possess. I mean my goodness, if the powers that be at UT knew of your abilities, surely we would go undefeated every year. But they don't, so I guess you will remain a pion in the Vol Nation as you have always been.

Oh I see, you have all these rules you apply to characteristics needed to be a good footbal coach. So knowing military history and footbal history is part of your criteria now, you can lack charisma as long as you know these things. I guess Belichick did not know these histories when he was failing in Cleveland? Or is it that all hatvol is good for is complaining, the easiest position in the world to take up.
