Junk pitchers give us fits and she is a sinker pitcher but total junk. Junk would describe our approach at the plate.

She is mad at Pickens for not hitting spots or throwing wrong pitches. I would be mad at d and the hitting approach.

We need to be more patient at the plate for them to get the ball up. First words out of Karen’s mouth in the interview is the batters need to be more aggressive, huh?

Also her drop has had good location, often outside and low regardless lefty/righty. We moved up in the box, any closer the batter & pitcher could shake hands. I will say a few the ump has given strikes on a few questionable high pitches. That hi/low plate protection need is a big delta. Regardless, are we impatient? Would we be better off not swinging and seeing if that forces her to pitch higher?
