Maybe more competitive vs #1 and #2 at the World Series than us???
Alot of players picked up with Mark as he went from team to team, but she was a Fury Premier kid…even on her Tennessee player/team bio. No mention of anyone else.
It used to be, not sure anymore, but the team you were with when you committed got the credit, one of those unwritten rules. After committing some college coaches may want to place you with other teams. Been there, done that.
Fury
Ashley pitched for Tennessee Elite the last 2 years before college. Mark was the coach.

She met Ally Shipman on the Elite, right?
Not in her case, just read her Senior Year article by Extra Inning on her winning HS POY…this is a quote “Ashley was also chosen as a PGF All-American and will play in the PGF All-American Game on July 27 after her week with the Tennessee Fury Premier team ends” If I’m not mistaken Moyer was her coach. But yes, many times a coach will place a kid with a pipeline team.
It was 2018, maybe it was supposed to be that way, but maybe didn't happen. Had a stroke that year, so recollections hazy memories to say the least.Idk about Shipman. I don't recall seeing her play.
Phillps was the Fury-Parrott catcher, and yes Ashley also played on that team, but she pitched for Elite the summer after her senior season. We (Frost Falcons) played them at least twice that year and she pitched both times in different tourney's.
