Prospect class of 2026 on the recruiting clock. Some instate possibilities are Halle Bailey, Audray Cathey, & Bailee Shelton.

Bailey and Cathey, I’d be surprised if they go elsewhere. Shelton, not certain but could find an easier path at Auburn with Ryker depending on if she wants to P. She could be their #1

Avary Stockwell, I’d put in there as high on the in-state list. Could be the best overall in the state class.

The SEC tournament will be at a permanent site soon, but it will not be Oklahoma City.

I'm thinking Huntsville, AL great facility in Toyota field. The Huntsville sports commission does a tremendous job of putting on events.

WCWS is not moving from OKC anytime soon and the SEC tournament needs to be moved to OKC every year if not you're going to allow the Big-12 to use it for theirs every year.

It's bad enough OU gets a big advantage in the WCWS. They don't need it in the SEC tournament, too, especially since they're new to the conference and TBQH nobody in the SEC was asking for OU and Texas to join the conference, anyway.

Pretty brutal schedule. Dodge Florida, Bama & LSU but face OU, Texas, GA, Arkansas and TX AM. Auburn, MSU and Ole Miss look to be series winners on paper.

The players always talk about enjoying seeing "all the orange" in the stands. Seems to me the color orange is what signals, to them, volume of support. I have never heard or read a player mention Summitt Blue or Smokey Gray or Daisy Petal White (just made that up) as giving them joy to see filling the arena.

It’s not an overly competitive fall schedule and we know what we have in Pickens. I’m not sure how much rest she’s had with her summer schedule but it would be beneficial to throw her less than 6 total innings (1-2 innings per outing) all fall and let Sage take the bulk. Let Charli go deeper 3-5 innings and let the Freshman go 2-5 innings.

After seeing the spring schedule, keeping Pickens healthy is the biggest win for the fall.

At this point it’s more important to see what Tanner/Nuwer/Orsini have to offer than what Pickens and even Sage can do. We have a tough conference schedule and I presume our non-con is gonna be tough as well so being able to get as much out of the 3 mentioned in the fall and not wait until the spring to figure stuff out is gonna be important
