People who care about college football. I don't live in Tennessee anymore, but I live in a BIG college football town. People here don't have an axe to grind, but they hate Lane Kiffin, and love to see him get whats coming to him.

And even if you don't know anything about college football and how hiring goes, you at least know what breach of contract means.

So any way you cut it, most rational people wouldn't have a problem with any of this.

It amazes me that monte's kid continues to act inappropriately and people continue to excuse his actions, justify his actions, or blame the targets/victims of his ridiculous behavior.

A lot of truth in what you say.

However, while he holds a position of power and influence to anyone or anything he is a danger.

I'd prefer he go away to oblivion in a bright explosion of embarrassment and shame with his unearned and not deserved millions.

Well like I said before. It's the principle of the matter. Contracts exist for a reason. I think people find it irritating in sports that they get disregarded on such a regular basis

When was the last time I posted about fulmer? You make false statements and then try to cover then try to cover your ignorance up with irrelevant arguments. The colts have won the division the majority of the time. So what? I dont think anyone is arguing that the Titans are the best franchise in the NFL. you said the titans "cant ever" win their division. Well they just won it the year before last. Ok. Once again. what is the IQ of this board? The playoffs have nothing to do with whether they won their division or not. I responded to the reject that said the "titans cant ever win their division" Which is a false statement.

The lawsuit was made because of how disrespectful lane was. reportedly if he would have contact fisher that's one thing. if he would have tryed to get the rb coach earlier that's another thing. but it seems that when you try to take a coach one week before training camp ( fisher obviously would have said no) you force that team to restruture their entire coaching staff and how they do things. this is why there are time lines. so lane knows this and he just didn't care. why you would do this is just lane being in hisworld and not caring. but stupid to do it to the chairperson of the nfl rules committe. and a usc alum who has a direct line to the AD and president and all the boosters. lane has lost his dang mind. he isn't living in reality at all.

I never understood how the frontrunner peytoncolts fans accuse any titan's fans of switching teams.

I never followed the NFL because there wasn't a team in my state. Titans came to Nashville and I had a team. Simple as that.

1. Titans
2. Favre

Funny how this thread has evolved into something entirely different from the original subject. A lot of people (Hat mainly) said nothing would come of the NCAA investigation and that the NCAA was just a bunch of idiots but it turned out to be a major penalty. I'm hoping this has a similar effect. Call me bitter but I won't be satisfied until Kiffin is living in a cardboard box under an overpass.

I liked the Redskins before the Titans. More of a childhood fixation than because i had any roots there. I'll be honest i'
ve always been more of a college guy and cared less about the league. Now that i'm older, i appreciate the league a lot more than as a child. If any of that made sense.:crazy:

You post about Failmer all the time. I was making the point that the Titans aren't relevant. And having winning 2 div. titles in '02 and '08 and losing virtually every year in the divisional round doesn't make you relevant.
