Agreed. He’s getting a lot of praise tonight on Twitter by the CBB community. It was always just a rumor but this seems highly unlikely now.

UNC’s best big is a senior too.. Garrison Brooks. More than likely Kessler gets the starting job next year easily but man would I love to have him so let’s hope for the best

No he’s not, tonight maybe, but look at his previous games...again, it’s not a guarantee he does but his father has been frustrated with Roy for awhile, 1-2 games won’t change that.

I'm sure UNC's staff has heard the rumors and is doing all they can to keep him. UNC has actually gotten better but I think the ACC is a bad conference overall this year. I think they lose early during March Madness. Then hopefully there's a cultural mismatch we can take advantage of.

Cuonzo played at Purdue but was hired from Missouri State which used to be called SW Missouri State.

Wade coached at and was hired from Louisville.

Brady Hoke was at Michigan but was hired from Oregon.

-Plays for a team we've lost to in the NCAAT
-Plays for a team we've hired a coach from
-Plays for a mid major team that is not James Madison
-Has some ties to Kim English

MM Teams we've lost to in the NCAAT. Missouri St is the only team we've hired a coach from.

Missouri St
Illinois St
VMI
Indiana
Dayton

Isiaih Mosley is a 2/3, but he isn't Conference Player of the Year. He's not even the POY for his own team, although he did have a good season. No idea if he has any ties to Kim English
