This. Yeah, he means high school. 4+ BPG is still a lot but I understand his point, because I made a similar one. The competition is not fierce in East Tennessee. I’d like to see better numbers from a 7-foot player than what Tamba has shown.

HHCA doesn’t play a typical ETN high school schedule, but yea, his numbers don’t promote much optimism.

We’re talking about athletic 7 footers in east TN high school not college. I’ve seen unathletic bigs in East TN average 4+ blocks per game

UT has a good shot landing Aidoo. I don’t think UNC was in the conversation but that will change w Kessler leaving. One would think Barnes has something up his sleeve to let Walker and Anosike leave. I still don’t know what happened behind the scenes w Walker.

I don’t think UNC has even offered Aidoo yet... hopefully they are too far back to catch up

Anosike isn’t part of any plan. His leaving doesn’t open up a scholarship we wouldn’t have had otherwise. He’s just looking for more playing time.

I meant that Barnes wouldn’t have let both EJ and Walker leave if we didn’t feel good about someone else incoming. The PT would be there if not

I agree. I know he’s had dialogue with UNC but I don’t think they’ve even offered yet. I expect it to come soon but hoping it’s too late...
