Do you think Dawson Garcia would be a guy we potentially look at to replace BHH? People wouldn’t get excited over him, but he’d be a good add I’d think. Gotta think him and Ganey have a relationship from their days at Marquette

Cool, but Austin Price's social media life is basically tied to his profession.

JJJ can post/say what he wants totally got no issue with his tweet. Hell he doesn't have to even explain it if he don't want to.

But the local media guys like Austin Price who only has his following because of his ties to UT fanning the flames or posting cryptic tweets is unprofessional.

Ok....but I think his point is to not overreact about things like that. At least that's how I interpreted it.

That's the problem.

He's the professional journalist, just say what you mean. He didn't do that though because he knew his tweet being cryptic would get more traction than just saying, "Don't overreact to player tweets everyone."

I'm sure Yuri was well aware of UT's need at PG plus SLU is losing another key 4 Star in Jordan Nesbitt as first he said he was doing a NCAA evaluation and now I understand he wants to transfer. The other reason that Yuri could be restless at SLU is that things did not go the teams way last year even with 20+ wins. I'm pretty sure they felt at the start of last year that SLU was a NCAA Tourney team.

Are there portal deadlines in basketball to be eligible to play next year like there are in football? I know in football, there's an NCAA deadline of being in the portal by May 1st to be eligible to play next season. There's also an SEC deadline of having had to be in the portal by Feb. 1st to transfer within conference and play next year. I'm assuming basketball has deadlines, too, but wasn't certain? Anyone know, and what those deadlines are, assuming they exist?
