It’s a moot point cause Pack isn’t coming here, but just for fun:
I’d actually start Collins. Pack is the better player, but I’d want him to come off the bench as a flamethrower, make sure the offense doesn’t cater when Scov and Josiah sit

Yep, HS players can’t just go to the G-League. Basically gotta earn eligibility to be drafted by the G-League. So far more selective than going to college for a season.

Not to my knowledge, expectation last night was he would enter the portal today and be a Vol next week…maybe SLU asked him to take a day or two, idk, but my confidence in Yuri being a Vol hasn’t changed.

I don’t know much about the young man. Can you name another player he compares to? I admit I’m a bit concerned with the need of an elite point guard/slasher and post player(s). Thanks!

Maybe not quite on his level passing wise but a better shooter. I’d say he’s a Rondo type player.

From what’s been discussed on this forum we don’t really know, but we know he and his family love Tennessee. Our coaches haven’t really reached out to many other PGs because of how confident they are with Yuri coming to Tennessee. So, like BTO said, we wait and see and hope that he goes into the portal and visits and commits this coming week.

Thanks! Hopefully he commits and is a game changer PG who can dribble penetrate to the rim as well as shoot beyond the arc. I read his stats but that’s about it.
