I have not seen so many big leads lost by one team ever. I have been around the game for over 40 yrs and nothing can be said of how there is no one and I mean no one on this team can get people out. Really a sad situation to lose games like this.

We were up freakin 9-2. If your pitching can't hold that lead, then you might as well just give it up. And it's 2 weekends in a row.

Obviously it should hold up, but it is also pretty obvious that isn’t happening right now. So as an offense you have to stay competitive. It sucks, but it is what it is.

We ended up with 12 SEC wins last year. Will we even reach that this year? Don't see us getting one from Ole Miss next weekend. Earlier I would have said for sure we would. Now, I don't see it. Maybe we'll win one at Florida. Who knows now.

Not against sec competition. You can throw those high school mid week games out. I can not believe that not one pitcher in the pen is not capable to get outs. Lead off walks every time we score runs. Can not work around errors. Home runs to tie games in the 8 or 9 inning. And I think there is some arm talent there but just mistakes and nobody has the to take the ball or want the ball.

This has been the hardest 2 losses to watch. No way we should have lost either!!! You have to start the 7th with a new pitcher. Really can’t believe it. Offense has done plenty to win the last 2.

Sorry but that's silly, 9 damn runs is enough. If the pitching can't hold that, then you think the offense tacking on some more is going to help. Like I said, the evidence shows they would blow that too. So a 7 run lead isn't enough but you think the pitching staff would magically get their sh** together if the offense added a few more?

Ridiculous to put any of this blame on the offense.

Why did he have to start the 7th with a new pitcher? Stalling had just had a 1-2-3 inning, and he was under 100 pitches.
