I would say she was masculine or ugly if he played at ut....so what...
Pretty sure he doesnt care what is said about him on volnation
You just don't get it, do you? Perhaps if you had studied harder instead of playing so much ball you would have a clue. Of course she won't read it, but I did and so did a lot of other people. Think about that next time you are about to hit the post button.
I'm also aware your opinion was probably given to you by someone else whereas I form my own
Its an internet sports forum.....get over it...
Children take it outside to the playground. Actually I disagree with both of you.
Number one I'd never bascially gloat about someone beating the Lady Vols and then basically saying it would happen again. Secondly, I have never been so embarrassed as I was one year whn I happened to be in Know watching Diane Tarausi and Uconn kick our tails, thats not what embarrassed me, the idiot Tennessee fan making nasty remarks about the way Tarausi looked (which looks okay to me btw) was terribly embarrassing to me as a Vol's fan. Personally I hope Freak bans both of you guys if you can't grow up a bit. This site was not built overnight you know. He hates nonsense especially in the Lady Vol forums, read the post at the top of the page that says "Please read".:loco:
You are obviously aware of very little.
No, I won't get over it and I am about to tell you why.
There are two reasons I am responding so strongly to what you said. First, I am a teacher. Second, I have a daughter. My 15-, 16- and 17-year-old female students constantly post pictures of themselves online in scanty clothing and make-up, posed in sexually suggestive ways. Yet they rarely study their homework. Why is this? It is because they have gotten the message strong and clear that the only value women have in this society is beauty and that women who are not beautiful or at least sexually arousing to men are worthless. Now where in the world do you think these girls got that idea?
I do not want my daughter to have to fight that battle when she gets older. I do not want her to see her worth in her looks. And I certainly do not want her bringing home a guy like you. I want her power to come from her intelligence and her personality. Beauty fades and when it goes, women get dumped. But smart women gain power as they age because they only get smarter. That is how I want my daughter to grow up.
Look, there are two ways for people to gain the admiration of others. One way is to do amazing things, to create wonderful works of art, to solve long-standing problems, to bring people and societies closer together (as elite athletes often do, thank you Britney Griner). The other way is to make fun of people that cannot defend themselves and let all the other losers laugh with them. The first way takes many years of life to achieve. The second way is achieved every day by sixth graders on the playground. Which method are you using to gain the respect of your peers?
I hope this clears up for you why I hesitate to let this go. Whenever I see such attitudes as yours, I respond. I hope you can respect that. And I hope you can think about how what you say affects those around you next time. It is rarely harmless fun. Even if girls don't read it, other guys do and if they see it is a path to power, we all suffer. Do the right thing.

Guess I missed that. When did it happen? Was it recent or awhile back?
Wow, I understand your feelings, but the best way for your daughter to learn the lessons you want is for you to teach her. Good parenting is what you should be encouraging.
