Tennessee will be a better team than many suspected. Maymon is an absolute beast and Golden had a tough game, but he's still a baller. For UT to really shine, a third option needs to emerge though (same story as last season). The good news for you guys is that it could be one of several candidates: Miller, Tatum, Washpun or Richardson.

Great game Vols...Maymon went beast mode but Golden killed us today. We will learn from and this team is ten fold better than anyone expects us to be. One shot from the top twenty five and we play with a hunger which lacked all of last year. GBO!!

Just a guess but I think CM will approach the 2nd half with the big picture in mind. I bet he is hammering to the team about toughening up their man to man at the half. Not the best decision for today but never the less I bet he sticks with it. We will see.

This was my response at the half to all of us asking for the zone. CM may have been stubborn but coaches,especially new ones, have to draw a line in the sand with their expectations. The fact we turned our D around in the 2nd half will pay serious dividends down the road in believing in the plan that CM demands.
