Why would he go to OSU? They need another DTQB. He lives close to the college. It has a good tradition. The coach has won a NC. Oh yeah, I almost forgot...$$$$$$$$$

Yeah, rivals.com is better for football recruiting. He's got us on his list and it shows that on rivals. Scout sucks.

I have a question for anyone who might know about this kid. How is he the number 1 recruit and QB in the country when he had 56.4 % passing and 1750 yds passing?

The kid's not just a drop-back passer. He's a dual-threat qb who runs a 4.4.

Along with his 1732 passing yards, he ran for 1676 yards...he scored 29 tds on the ground and threw for another 15.

He's not a finished product as a qb yet...but, his 3000+ yards of offense and 44 tds last year are proof that he can handle the position.

I know he is a DTQB. I'm just saying, 56% passing isn't that great for a top rated recruit in high school. Especially since he is number 1 overall.

ill take 6'6, 4.4 over 1500 yards rushing DTQB with 56% passing anyday, and so will everyone else in the country which is why he is number one

I understand he is number 1. I just don't understand how the number 1 prospect in the country can throw for 56% passing and be number 1. I've tried to find Vince Young's stats to compare their junior years but couldn't find them anywhere. If someone can find a link and post it I would appreciate it. If I'm wrong I'll gladly admit it.

Alrighty then! I guess it doesn't matter about comp percent. I'm sure if he does come to Rocky Top that Cut can get his completion percentage up.

This is what college football is for. This is why he should come to UT to be coached by a master OC.
