Wonder how many of those Texans are rethinking the demolition of those coal fired plants that could have had a 30 day supply of coal ready to go in less than a day.
I do have a question, are everyone without power because the system doesn't have enough capacity or are some without because transmission line are down due to ice.....you know the same reason every natural disaster causes a power interruption

Ok, let's have Ted diclose when he booked his return flight.

If he shows that he booked his return flight after the disaster hit, but before his little Mexican trip was publicly disclosed, maybe there's some basis to the claim that he was just escorting his wife and kids to Mexico. But if he didn't book the return trip until after the uproar, I call BS on his "just seeing the fam arrived safely" argument.

How much you wanna bet he won't disclose when he booked that return trip?

Given that he was flying standby, that's already a good indication it was a last minute change in plans.

Are things just not allowed to suck anymore? It’s a once in a lifetime storm. $hit happens.

My family went without power for 17 days in Durham, NC, in 1996 following Hurricane Fran with temps above 90 degrees for a lot of that time. I don’t remember anyone blaming Governor Jim Hunt (democrat) or even Jessie Helms. Nope people actually just did what they had to do and figured out a way to get through it together.

I suspect that 50% of the leftists of this board are actually the same poster.

Dink, Luther, etc. are their own people IMO, but EL, LG, Vol Main, Tyler, etc. are obviously a little "too similar" in their posting styles. throw in Septic for good measure
