I’m watching the press conference on it. It’s still very fluid but they are certain the shooter is no longer on the premises.

One call to 911 identified the shooter. Probably a person that was in the classroom.

They've reported that an older person was shot .... probably the teacher in the room.
The scene has been secured and things are being done in an orderly fashion.

To me, pulling a gun in the middle of a fight when anger is likely to be high is less evil than premeditatively carrying a gun to school with the intention of killing.

Timothy George Simpkins is the 18 year old suspect at large.

City wide manhunt is now going on for Simpkins.

4 shot .... two victims shot were taken to the hospital.

The problem with much of the inner city violence is the complete lack of trust in the law....of the perceived lack of justice...so they take things into their own hands.
Just like many "fads" that start in the inner city, I won't be shocked to this this move to the suburbs and beyond.

Dang. That stupid 18 year old made a decision and took action which has likely dictated the rest of his life.

I feel badly for the victims, Tim's family, and Tim.

I think the more specific region is Mansfield however no neither are south Dallas/Oak Cliff
