I agree with govols, I've thought Thad would play DE at UT ever since I heard about him. I'm sorta suprised he is even listed as a TE.

Actually, from what I understand, Clawson is doing the recruiting of him so I would say it is for TE. We have good TEs in Stocker, Cottam, Douglas, and Warren already.

he didn't say he wasn't athletic, he said he wasn't athletic enough to play in the SEC.

Its not hard to pick out the ONE black player on Brentwood A's team. Thad might get better and develop, I have seen it happen. I would be very suprised if UT offers. If they did, it would be late in the recruiting process. It also depends on how Clawson uses a TE. I can tell you he is nowhere as athletic as the TE we got from Maryville (cant think of his name right now).
I can see Vanderbilt offering him though.

BA has wayyyy more than one black guy on the team Darth Vador. Chris Jordan, Barry Dabney, Bullard, Jeremy Martin, Ryan Carothers
