Thank you Bruce Pearl

No sir I am not a bandwagon fan, I have been a fan since Jerry Green was coaching, watchin Tony Harris and that bunch play then on to the Buzz Peterson years. I am very glad at what Bruce has done at Tennessee but this year has been a major disappointment. I am by no means saying I hope he leaves, I hope he stays at Tennessee forever. I just want to see some improvement, which has not happened this year.

In other words, you haven't been a fan of the program for very long. Some of us have stuck with it for the past 30-40 years so when we see a post like this, it is hard to lay any credibility to the author.

here's the deal. we have more talent than we ever have w/ any of bruce's team. what's the problem, simple. this team has no bball iq. not only that this whole year we have improved zero on D. also the flex offense is absolutely pathetic. this is an offense that i ran when i was in junior high school. to be honest i like bruce, and i understand that teams have bad years. however to see no improvement thru out the year is disappointing.

*****ty guard play = inconsistent team results

Considering I am 22 its kinda hard to have been following Tennessee basketball for 30-40 years.

Right, but you might want to research the history. I can tell you right now the best TEAMS were in the mid-70s and early eighties without a doubt. Including last year's 30 win season. UT never played enough games in those years to win 30 games. That being said, Pearl has created quite a hotbed in Knoxville after the disasters of Houston and Peterson. He is recruting his azz off. It is his fault they are short on quality guards at the moment, but signees and commitments seem to have shored up that position. You will see Pearl's best teams when Tyler and Wayne have gone. Write it down

I am not trying to argue, but why do you think that?
