Thank You, Nick Saban.

They're simply setting the bar. If we can't match them, we deserve also ran status.

If we can't match a coach that turned around a garbage team in the NFL, this is what we deserve? First of all... Tennessee lost by a field goal with a team that's much less talented. Second of all, if we can't beat a coach that's been caught lying and cheating(vacated wins) we deserve to lose? I am leaving this thread because I've gotten dumber. Say whatever you want in response because I won't be reading it. You'll look like the big man responding to someone who isn't going to reply and could care less what you have to say.

The deathblow in 08 was the debacle in Knoxville run by Saban.

We squeak past a Shula lead team and Fulmer might have kept his job. Basically our program gets run further into the ground for another year and Kif isn't available this year. Meyer and Tebow are dancing and kissing at midfield after the game tonight after another inept Les Miles team blows a big game. Thats the scenario if Saban was telling the truth about not being the head coach of Alabama.

Congrats to Saban and crew, I enjoyed watching the Tebow tears. But I still think Kiffin has the potential to be the better coach.

Anybody that watched the UT/Bama game this year clearly knows who the better coach was that day.

Nobody's going to 5.5 mil anytime soon.
It could happen. Pending Bama's beatdown of Texas, Saban has established himself as easily the best college coach in the country. Within 4-5 years, I could see somebody else wanting him bad enough to shell that much out or the NFL will come calling again.

What do you think? Stoops to ND and myers or saban to OU?

I respect Saban. I have no respect for Urban Meyer.

Today marks the beginning of the end of the reign of Herban the Terrible.

I have been saying the same thing. He just got dominated when he had the best array of talent he will ever have.

I think the only college job he would take is USC. Hopefully they aren't looking for him. I hope he wins a national title or 2 before an NFL team returns.

I have the feeling Kiffin's long-term goal is still ultimately in the NFL. We win the conference a couple times and he'll get his shot.

I cant stand Alabama or Florida. I hate Saban and Meyer. Tebow is the tipping point. However I wasn't rooting for Alabama, I was just going against Florida.
