In my weekly perusal of what trash has floated to the top of CNN I saw a video where they are discussing this woman. A nice lady explains that of course these comments are not racist. In order to be racist you must be prejudiced AND in power. So basically no minority can ever be racist because this is the white man’s country. I’m not sure how an editor of the NYT does not have as much or more power as any other person who’s been run out of town for old twitter comments. Hopefully there will be a follow up explanation so we can all better understand.

In Florida having a well manicured front lawn is absolutely a sign of White supremacy and the Patriarchy, Toxic masculinity, and old school racism.

I had a bunch of Mexicans that took care of mine.......hired through a landscaping company so I don't know (care) if they were legal or not. I just know my yard and mulch looked good, weeds were nonexistent, side walks and drive cleaned off and yard mowed like clockwork every week.
