Truth: George Floyd died of an overdose AND was shouting “I can’t breathe” before he was lying on the ground...also, he had no bruising or damage to the neck area. Not at all, George Floyd was killed because cops used excessive force. Truth not narrative.

But you know, truth, not narrative.
That’s an extremely weak counter argument, to simply say conspiracy theory...anything that pushes back against the media is labeled CT now. It’s been ruled a homicide everywhere and an overdose nowhere, so this is more conspiracy theory than truth

It was ruled homicide before more video and facts came out.

Also, this was immediately called racism from the start. Not sure how it’s no different than calling the Cannon incident racism as well.
The other three officers wont be convicted if even tried. Chauvin may not get convicted either. With the full video, it might be best to attempt a plea deal before it comes out in trial. All it takes for an acquittal is confirmation that knee to neck is trained. Nothing else is up in the air right now.My counter argument is that you presented garbage conjecture as “truth.” You want to label things weak, let me know who is arguing that all of the official records are wrong because Breitbart said so

I agree 100%. I’m not disputing any of that, I’m just saying that the police weren’t the sole cause of death, not saying they weren’t a contributing factor. Is there an autopsy report to support any of this? I think it's clear police used excessive force and that it either caused or significantly contributed to his death. George Floyd was not an innocent, and he contributed to his situation by resisting arrest, but in no way does that justify the force that was used that led to his death. He should not have died, and the officers involved should answer for that.
I don't know that either were motivated by race, but everyone should be outraged at the death of a 5yo, and to suggest that story isn't newsworthy is ludicrous.I agree 100%. My original point was that you can’t cry racism on this case, and not on the case of Cannon from NC.
Started my collegiate career in criminal justice, know several criminal defense lawyers in Florida and have discussed it with them. They pointed out the holes in the prosecution's case based on the public evidence and without having a chance at the evidence not yet turned over.So did I. Yes, I've watched the video, and I bet I can guess your answer to mine
