He took over a team that intentionally exploded itself and tried to tank for the #1 pick. 7 weeks into the season it was all going according to plan, but Flores had enough time with his guys to make something out of them, and then they went 24-18 with musical chairs at QB. All of this with the front office making bad decisions, opposing him, and a potential Watson trade hanging over his QB.

You can try to frame it whatever BS way you want, but everyone was floored by the decision to fire him. He was well-regarded by the media and fans who follow closely.

Flores comes from the Belichick tree. They conceivably hired him to be Bellichick and then he was Bellichick and we're supposed to take the Dolphins side because he was strong-willed, tough, demanding, and opinionated (and winning), LOL.

He’s a great coach and did a great job there. He should be glad he got out of a bad situation in Miami. But he also should’ve waited until he landed a job before filling this and he shouldn’t have went scorched earth with it either. Meaning he shouldn’t have tried to throw Miami and Denver under the table too

I listened to Hue Jackson’s interview this morning on ESPN, with Key, JWill, and Max Kellerman, if you ever have the opportunity to listen to that show, don’t . That’s beside the point. I came away from the interview thinking that Hue Jackson was just piggybacking off of Flores. I don’t feel the way he presented his side of the story will hold up. He said he didn’t “knowingly” accept the incentive to lose money, but ended up w/ $750k. His side sounds paper thin.
