The people who fit that description is a super small minority and then even much smaller in Baltimore itself and likely many of those calling him a DEI Mayor (which is a stupid name because the guy won an election to get his position) do not fit that description.

The conversation wasn’t limited to “Baltimore itself” and the size of the group doesn’t matter at all. If the group of racists is a small group that’s a good thing, even less reason for people to feel attacked/get defensive on those racists’ behalf (especially when we agree that the DEI comment was a bad one)
