I don't think so. Sounds more like he fell or was pushed over a railing on the perimeter of the stadium. Fell 65'.

What I have read thus far it is possible suicide or he was running from security. But I do not always trust police statements. But it definitely doesn't sound like he was pushed. Sad that it happened.
