I'd rather play Mich. State than Marquette or K-State. Both just seem like the type of teams that could get hot and start making every 3 they jack up no matter how low percentage shots they are.

Michigan State is normally the best 3 point shooting team of the 3.

They rely on the dribble drive to free up open shooters and I think our on-ball and passing lane defense can limit that. Marquette and K-State are more likely to get hot shooting garbage 3's that are well defended.

Announcers called us bullies and just now were complimenting Mich State on their physical style of play. What gives?

They do so many things well and have size at all positions. I’ve watched them a lot this year and they remind me of us in some ways, prone to droughts, but when they are on, they are incredible.
