After Arky knocked Kansas out, UConn has really had an easy draw until tonight. I thought the Zags would give them a better game, but I can see them easily winning it all from here.

Where is all the FAU huggers now they would or will get smoked by UCONN if they play them in title game and that's where they would meet

I understand that the college game isn’t what it used to be, but This is as dominant a two weeks as I’ve seen any team have in my lifetime.

Maybe the 95-96 Kentucky team is the only one I can remember that just absolutely trashed people like this.

I remember that Florida's margins of victory and the amount of time they trailed in the tournament was actually historically impressive in their back to back. Five wins by double digits and a margin of 15.5 at the final four.

And as impressive as that may have been, they weren't doing this.

I was six at the time, so hard for me to remember how good they were. I will say, after watching the game on YouTube a few years ago, the performance that they put on against Duke in the title game certainly left an impression.

I remember that Florida's margins of victory and the amount of time they trailed in the tournament was actually historically impressive in their back to back. Five wins by double digits and a margin of 15.5 at the final four.

And as impressive as that may have been, they weren't doing this.

People forget how tough that Sweet 16 game against Georgetown was on the way to their first title.

96 Kentucky won by about 30 a game before winning by less than 10 at the Final Four. That's about as good as it gets. Otherwise, you're probably talking about a Kareem led UCLA team.

People forget how tough that Sweet 16 game against Georgetown was on the way to their first title.

That was the only real nail biter of their back to back. A game they could have easily lost.

They were actually more dominant in 91 but Duke got lucky in semifinals of Final Four that UNLV team was undefeated and blowed the doors off people all year best team money could buy

But, I'm willing to bet they are in seriously rare company. 5-10 other teams....max.

Biggest upset in title game I have ever watched I got 2 83 Valvano and NCState upsetting Houston I can still see Valvano running looking for someone to hug and 85 Villanova beat a monster in Georgetown that year

They have basketball pedigree. Just like the zags…. Who still (checks notes) have never won it all. Tournament sports are just hard to win.

Its easy to look good like Zaga, they play nobody for 2/3 of their season.

I don't either. This team is a well oiled machine. Gonzaga isn't some nobody and they looked out matched on the court the entire game. It wouldn't surprise me if they get beat with the way this year has went,but I don't see it. I think they started out in the top ten,hit a rough stretch during the year,and might have gotten it at the right time. Tournament basketball in a nutshell.
