SDSU is living proof that UT/CRB style can make a F4. With ZZ, we have even more offensive weapons than they have. They just punched bama and Creighton in the mouth back to back, should be a fun game between them and FAU.

While I think UCONN wins it all(Then again, nobody saw either of these teams playing for a shot at a national championship. Gotta love college basketball!) San Diego St. has always had a strong basketball program,but to have this kind of parity? I always had a feeling it could be a lower seed win it all ,but to see it play out. Again,gotta love college basketball!

Yep, but if they didn't want it enough. I'm happy to watch kids who do. Great seeing them climb that ladder and cut the net. It's something they'll cherish the rest of their lives. They had the opportunity and took full advantage. Now they'll go forward and have no regrets about coulda, woulda, shoulda. Don't know if your youngsters/returning players will be able to get back to that position in this tournament, but I'll guarantee you, it will haunt those seniors and maybe Phillips if he departs. Life rarely gives you second chances. Gonna chalk it up to the ignorance of youth. Sad.

This. They hacked at Nembhards wrist earlier in the half, and an official was right there and let it go. They let small stuff go all game. It was a foul by rule, but the way the game had been called, it was quite soft.

We should’ve seen this coming, there were no dominant teams in the power conferences with teams regularly trading wins and losses. Tournament was primed for “upsets” from non-power conference teams.

Funny to see Danny Hurley as coach at UConn. When he was a player at Seton Hall, we (BC) totally rattled him with a “Bobby is better” cheer. He missed numerous free throws and shots when we cranked that up. 🤣

Even before they dismantled Gonzaga, I felt UConn was the best looking team I'd seen. Most complete. They're my pick going forward.

Haha. No one says they’re going to win it every year. That’s a bit of an exaggeration. They aren’t the Cowboys…. To call that type of success a pretender is ignorant. But you do you.
