Like him? What is like him? He is talented. I like the fact that an American kid could be the next "best" in baseball.

I don't like this comment at all by you. Like him? Guess you are referring to him blowing a kiss to a pitcher?? You don't like him getting attention, yet you root for a team that has 3,405 different uniforms just to get attention.

His line that game was 2/2 58 yards, TD... 16 rushes, 104 yards, 3 tds... 5 catches, 45 yards, td. Uh... yeah.

No, I don't like him because he's an entitled, self-absorbed brat. The kiss that he blew is one of the many examples of how he is one.

I don't dislike him because he is a Nationals prospect. I have respect for players like Chase Utley, Roy Halladay, Ryan Zimmerman, and David Wright even though they play for rival teams. Harper acts like he's baseball Jesus when he hasn't accomplished a damn thing in the bigs yet.

Might he have a great career and earn my respect? Possibly, if he plays without the entitled chip on his shoulder that he has now. I doubt that will happen, though.

FWIW, apparently the pitcher struck him out earlier in the game and blew a kiss at him.

Oh well. He has a hall of fame ceiling. Excited to see what he does, especially with Mr. Trout already a big leaguer.

I'm not denying that he's a huge talent that could have a great career, but I am saying that he is mentally immature and of the belief that he is above the game.

That belief has been shoved down his throat since he was about 15. He works his ass off and kills it.
