Any thoughts on all the doping/motor allegations with Froome? Will cycling always have to deal with people assuming they are cheating, or will people always cheat? I know they released data about his State 10 performance. I really really want to believe he is clean, but I have said the same thing about other cyclist.

I don't believe Froome is clean. His data doesn't really help his case and the data they released isn't all that useful.

Hilly group ride. 61 miles. I averaged 19.5 mph. I'm pooped.

Rode in Pelotonia this morning. 8,000 riders. Raised $13M so far this year for the Ohio State University James Cancer institute. Great event but hard to ride w so many people on the road.

On Friday I registered for RAID, Race/Ride Across Iowa In a Day. Feeling pretty good about it. I've been putting in some big miles at every chance I can get. A close friend of mine recently passed away, so that's inspired me to push my limits at what I look love to do. I'm looking forward to juggling school, work, and training.

335 miles with a 24 hour time limit. Distance across Iowa. Sioux City to Dubuque.

113 miles solo yesterday at 18mph average. Felt great, countdown to RAID is on.

65 mile race. 95° heat. 3rd place.

44 mile gravel race. Thousands of feet of elevation gain. I was in great position until I came upon my boss in the ditch and concussed at mile 18.5. Helped him out, watched a woman over cook the same turn and break her leg. I finished at about 3.5 hours.

New challenge. Lots of fun. Requires great bike handling skills. I did way better at it than I thought.

Took a bike camping trip to a concert this weekend. 125 miles roundtrip, about 1/3 of it on gravel rollers in BFE, Iowa. Three weeks to RAID.

Installed aerobars for RAID. These things are so stupid, but hopefully will help me in case of wind.

DNF at RAID. Veey windy and my knees were in extreme pain. I made it to the halfway point at 158 miles.
