Top Speed: 24.5mph on the flat ground to begin the race. On a 26" bike, no less. Amazing. I entered the woods in 4th after starting mid pack.

New trail addition here added a bermed bridge. It's so freaking awesome.

Had a heck of a time removing this. The innards of the non-drive cup basically disintegrated before I could get the crank out.

Probably not a good idea to ride for almost seven years without changing it. :nono:

Terrible idea. Probably didn't do any damage if it was sealed cartridge. Overhaul it at least once a year.

I'm out until my next race, at the earliest. Severely sprained right wrist, possibly even fractured.

We just finished a new trail extension to Sunderbruch Park in Davenport, IA that includes two wall rides and four more bridges. It is fun. Also where I went otb.

Terrible idea.

I do not recommend it. There's now a rough spot on the spindle--don't know if that is a big problem or not. Anyway, got it back together (finally) and it seemed to be OK on today's ride.


Doing this bright and early.

Should be interesting. My longest ride of the year is about 55 miles. I do not recommend that kind of training regiment, either.
