No, I thought so at the time, but I don't think so now. I think he just liked to come by for the free drinks we'd buy him. I think he played us, because he hasn't called me or someone else since he left town.

I'm not sure where the board rules are posted anymore...but whether or not it's specifically a violation, attempts at personal identification are generally uncalled for in such settings.

Sorry kiddiedoc, I didn't mean to sound like it was the right thing to do.I would never post another persons name,unless their screen name is that.

I was being sincere in wanting to see the rule because I would like to know it for my own good.I don't agree with a lot of what Hatvol says,but in know way do I want to see people harassing him at his law office,or intruding into his personal life outside of this forum.

Sorry I was unaware of the privacy rule. I was also NOT making a statement of fact, I was just asking a question. I do not know who Hatvol is other than he is a criminal defense attorney who really likes drinking who attends lots of basketball coaching events and tournaments and who reads Zagsblog. He hates Hamilton, and he hates Bruce Pearl. He went to UT law school. He does not like admitting when he is wrong. He was right when he told me that Vandy's win over Arizona would not amount to much, and he gets GREAT interviews with guys like Jay Wright. He also sits in section 103 during the basketball games.

By the way, the APARTMENT that LK kept as a rendezvous point is in downtown Knoxville...on Gay Street...directly across from the parkinglot for the Bijou Theatre. The name eludes me currently. Hope that helps...

I agree, it seems like all the UT people are just in denial about how good he left the program here and just want to take cheap shots at him.

Well the mattress burning was the students doing, not his. As for the bowl loss, I believe the players were the ones on the field, he coached what he had to work with, maybe you should have kept Fulmer if he was doing a better job and then even brought him back when Coach Kiffin left.

There is no chance that the apartment was rented by Kiffin. That is a skeleton that would hurt too many people. There is also no chance that the apartment just has 1 king size bed or that he is the only prominent person using it. Although now that TMZ is in town I would expect the location to change...Maybe some of the married men will have to drive out 40 west towards lake property with the coeds now

Dude... In all of his head coaching career, his greatest accomplishment is almost beating Alabama. Derek Dooley brought his school its first bowl win in over 30 years... I think that is more impressive. Glad Kiffin is gone. Have fun with him.

Now, any more updates about Kiffin's "transgressions?" If that many people independently know about certain aspects of this, there must be at least some merit to some of these accusations.
