USC fans are new to the game, other than the Pete Carroll era. USC had won some NC's lately, but their fan base is isn't anywhere near the level of Texas,Tennessee,Ohio ST,Michigan,Penn St,Bama,etc...They don't have any passion for the game, and they will be long gone and back on the UCLA bandwagon when USC goes back to being a loser like they where for YEARS.They are arrogant, and ignorant when it comes to college football.
The end.
USC will at least get probation, and likely more sanctions on top of that. Too much of a problem for the NCAA to just ignore.
i get sick of the 'we have so and so championships' usc fans. why can't the usc fans realize before the bcs it was a popularity contest? now, its the closes thing we have to a playoff. hence, the rise of the sec.
Do people really think a school "X" is too big for the NCAA to do anything to? I've really noticed how ND sucking has really pulled down the attraction of college football over the past 20 years.
are you sure about that? this is from 07.
The three top average attendance marks in Division I-A history have come the past three years, topped in 2006 with 46,249 fans per game. Seven of the 11 Division I-A conferences broke attendance records within the past two years.
ESPN and ABC report record viewership, with ESPN's Saturday morning "GameDay" show reaching cult-like status, averaging 1.5 million viewers. Last year's Michigan-Ohio State game was the highest-rated ABC game since 1993, with 14,479,000 tuning in.

Hey bitten and bound lady...
How is it that you can slap "bitten and bound" on the picture of Kiffin and Tomlin? That picture has been floating around for months, it's not like you had to do any digging to get it.
I thought putting your name on something like that was a way of showing ownership or exclusivity...
Am I getting this right. In order to vindicate all you scandal hounds does Dooley need to lose for a few seasons because big success next year would be on X?
I am just asking.

Nice summary of the USC posts to date!
