Do you think it was coincidence that LK and Layla were never seen together in public? Only at official University gatherings (i.e. press conferences, banquets, etc...) that they were together. They both lived their own lives and each have separate skeletons--very very big skeletons. Their marriage is nothing more than a figurehead marriage.

I have only repeated theories that have been mentioned multiple times on here, and a few things that I have heard away from here.

So obviously she isn't concerned with anything Lane did. If his lawyer made it go away it would probably be someone within the univeristy or on his staff. Correct?

If he's part of the problem that Kiffin caused (e.g. cover up and he hired the guy and he didn't have a clue he was leaving, etc.), why on earth would the university not cut its loses on this guy?

He's totally unimpressive in evaluating candidates and simply can't sell Tennessee.

And, when he does, apparently he sells the football program like its some training ground that helps up and comers move from their horrible circumstances to more elite programs. I'm tired of this self-destructive attitude towards Tennessee football.

I'd like to see a Vol in his spot. There must be one out there who can do a better job representing what's awesome about being the HFC at UT and can do a better job for us in that role.

No. If there is anything I hate it is narcissists and dishonest people. Kiffin is both, and in a very personal way because he screwed over my alma mater, my team, and the great state of Tennessee (a better state than California could ever dream of being.) I will take pleasure in his failures from here on out. This might make me a bad person, but I don't care. He deserves it.

Obvious Conan fan. Leno appealed to everyone, Conan did not. NBC should never fixed something that was not broke. It was Conan that forced the network's hand on the Tonight Show's job. The Leno show was not the ratings but the affiliates news viewerships. The show was doing what the network expected. Letterman was kicking Conan's butt so something had to be done. SO GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT BEFORE POSTING! Worst reply to a post on this board .
