I've seen next to no coverage of the anniversary on Fox, especially compared to all the other networks running specials all week on it. One truism over the last few decades is deep resentment by the GOP that Kennedy is so revered, and the assassination treated as such a huge event. Lot of GOP denial of the significance of he and the event. Pretty disgusting the GOP can't just admit that he's a lasting icon.

He was the last President people "looked up to", I think.

From everything I've ever studied in school, the footage from the Zapruder film shows wounds and impact blasts with physics/ballistics consistent with the Warren commission story.

In my opinion, the events after the shooting, and the killing of LHO is strange. The shots, however, are completely believable. The time in between shots is largely debated to. I saw one study on TV that showed it could have been as long as 11 seconds depending on when one believes the first shot was fired.

You TRY to revere JFK as a bastion of progressive thinking, socialist ideas, power to the people, etc. when he actually was the last of the conservative democrats. Every socialist, liberal, progressive WANTED LBJ. He was the first of the handout presidents and began America's slide into the entitlement abyss. He may not have started the programs, but he ramped them up to the point that the Dems have been buying votes with them since. LBJ despised JFK and was part of the plot to get him. Period. I don't believe in the grassy knoll. I do believe that there were more shooters in the Library and the only reason JHO was caught was because he was the only one supposed to be caught.
