The leader of a
QAnon cult who obsessed over former President John F. Kennedy has died in a motocross accident, but his followers still believe he is alive.
Michael Protzman, 60, died last Friday in the Mayo Clinic in Rochester,
Minnesota, a week after an accident involving a motocross bike.
Vice first reported that Protzman had died after he sustained 'multiple blunt force injuries' after he 'lost control of a dirt bike'.
Despite an official death certificate being issued for Protzman, Vice reported that followers they had spoken to have dismissed the news of his death as fake.
In 2021, Protzman rose to notoriety when the Telegram channel he ran picked up thousands of followers and he began pushing conspiracy theories and lore which included that JFK Jr. is the Archangel Michael and Donald Trump is the Holy Spirit.

Protzman made predictions and touted theories based on his own interpretation of gematria, the ancient Jewish numerology code that assigns a numerical value to letters, words and phrases and translates them to create a new meaning.
