That's how good Madrid are. They can't beat us in an actual gane but have the depth to beat us over a 38 game season.

Cristiano Ronaldo has a better all around skill set, IMO, but Messi is definitely the best player in the world.

I'd probably say Messi is the third best player of my lifetime (at least of the players I'm old enough to remember watching), behind Ronaldo (Brazilian) and Zidane.

I really couldn't understand why he came under fire for that after it happened. In that situation, you do that 100 times out of 100. The guy is an all around prick of the first order for many, many reasons, that just isn't one of them.

Physically, of course. Messi has a much better read for the game in terms of vision and runs. He makes his teammates much better.

nice comeback for Galaxy to tie Toronto last night but what really stood out was the crowd attendance in Toronto. like 40,000 maybe? and they were loud. sounded like an EPL game.

It is a rumor, but he is the type of player that Arsene would actually spend money on. I think it is pretty much a done deal with lukas and they will probably play him just behind RVP where Rosicky has been playing.

It would be nice if they did buy Gotze.

Think City have a shot at RvP? I have a hard time seeing him make that move.

They won't sell him to City. He will have to stay and leave for free and go there, but I don't think he would do that. Even if he did want the $$ he would make a move to RM or somewhere else besides City. I think he has too much respect for the club. It would be like Cesc moving to City.. It just doesn't seem like something he would do.
