Dempsey and Bale twerkin it

Also, Demba Ba is seriously really good.

I was. Settled on barça for reasons I've mentioned, and my brother has been a big spurs fan for years so I tagged along.

In other news, you've probably also decided you'll be rooting for the Heat (or maybe the Lakers) in basketball, the Yankees in baseball, Alabama in college football and the house should you ever find yourself sitting at a blackjack table in Vegas. :)

That's why I don't play blackjack

Me too. My only experience with playing "real" blackjack was at the Cherokee casino about an hour from Knoxville. They don't even use real cards, there is a "dealer", but you just tell him what you want to do and he pushes the appropriate buttons on a machine. Me and a buddy went there on a whim one afternoon, so I didn't have a lot of cash on me. I lost all $50 I had in my pocket within 45 seconds at the table, and I didn't want to hit the ATM for more cash that I was just going to lose.

So, for those who don't have beIN sports, or that thought it wouldn't be a good enough game to watch..

I suggest you check out the full highlights video of the Arsenal-Reading game yesterday. I watched the full 90, even though it was hard to keep it on after the first half, and it was one of the greatest games ever played.

SIAP, but starting next season, NBC Sports will be airing Premiership games

NBC Sports to air English Premier League live starting next season - Zap2it

That could be a good thing or a very bad thing...

For instance, if you are a fan of a major team in the EPL and you have Fox soccer and Fox soccer plus you can see every single regular season game. It worries me that they won't provide the same service. However, given that the NBC sports network is pretty much worthless right now I think they will rely pretty heavily on the EPL and MLS to carry that channel. I would hope.

I wish they would still sub-license some games to ESPN like Fox did though because I always liked waking up and watching the 7:30 game with Ian Darke commentating.

Insane comeback

Ajax and and BVB mean business, going into Etihad and Bernabeu respectively and earning a point from 2-2 draws.

lol City at the bottom of the table

I sometimes catch flack for it, but I have held for years that Ibra is every bit in the discussion for best striker in the world, and IMO the most complete forward out there.

Just an insane performance, I caught most of it.

So?

He's single-handedly carried AC Milan and Sweden, and now PSG. Just because he couldn't hack it at one club doesn't mean he's not elite.

He just isn't a complete forward and that was extremely obvious when he was at Barcelona. Has horrible movement off the ball. Horrible. There was one game where Valdes ran more distance than Ibra. A ****ing goalkeeper.
