what do you guys think of LFC's signings?

much needed depth at CB and some added help in the midfield bringing on Moses for season long loan. Gotta give props to BR in the transfer window this go around

Ilori might get bullied unless he gets stronger, but should be good over time. Sahko got outplayed by Alex and I don't rate him very highly.. I really like Moses though and think he is a direct player, an improvement from downing.

I like Moses for sure. He seems to fit BR's system. The others will add needed depth...Sakho immediately, especially with Toure out. And Sakho should start ahead of Toure when he's healthy.

The Reds need Suarez back so Coutinho can play in the middle...why Moses is a nice pickup

Even as a Gunner, I have never really had a major problem with Tottenham. All these reports of their behavior lately has forced me into hating them. They have become so arrogant, and they are like the fat kid that takes his ball home because the other kids are better. They have put their relationship with Real Madrid under "review" because they sold a player to Arsenal. Since when are teams partnering up and veto'ing transfers? Why does Daniel Levy think he can call Real Madrid last minute and cancel an arsenal purchase of a top player? They just seem so petty anymore, and I have lost my respect for them.

Before you Tottenham fans jump all over it.. I don't view mourinho pulling back on the Ba deal in the same light. That was his player and he got to choose his destination.

I don't actually disagree with you on that particular situation, and I'm not even a Spurs fan, but to me your argument rings a bit ironic considering your favorite team has one of the more arrogant and condescending managers in the league.

I don't see any problem with it. Spurs and Real Madrid had an agreement of sorts in place, and when RM does good business with their biggest rival, they then have an interest in discontinuing that relationship. The sale of Bale to RM was more or less a direct cause of Özil going to Arsenal.

It's impossible to overstate how hard Spurs got screwed a couple years ago when Chelsea won the CL and stole the 4th spot from Spurs even though Chelsea ended up 6th in the league. The prestige and money that came along with qualification could have prevented them from having to unload Modric and Bale and might have the competing with the best in Europe. Instead, they've been forced to unload their best assets and go into a rebuilding mode with young prospects. That's not to say at some point they can't get back into the running for CL qualification, but it's going to take some time.

I doubt you could make it 17 years in the premier league without having some of that. However, I don't recall a time that he tried to bust up other teams deals because it wasn't good for him.

Milo: (don't feel like quoting) Just because they sold someone to Madrid doesn't mean they have a say in what they do next. If anything, they should be so thankful that Madrid overpaid as much as they did and should keep their mouths shut. I do think its hilarious that Tottenham lost their player which in turn gave us our new best player. I had a good laugh at the expense of my Tottenham friends. Haha

Goal arsenal!!! Awewome volley

And ramsey tacks in another for the gunners.

Not sure why that altidore goal didn't count. Bad officiating
