I missed the match, but saw where Drogba and Park had back-to-back goals. Any reason Drogba didn't start? Saw where he didn't come on until the '46.

So Manchester United will not play a very good side until the final. Makes me wonder if they can actually beat either team from the other semifinal. To be fair, I don't know much about Schalke except that they aren't doing well in their domestic league. I would have loved Manchester to have played a good team before the final like Shahktar, Madrid, Milan, or Barcelona.

Why isn't the Real Madrid vs Barcelona match going to be televised on a major tv station in Tn? 2 of the best teams in the world and I don't get to see it.

GolTV has the rights to their choice of La Liga games. The Copa Del Rey game should be televised.

Outstanding match between Barca and Real Madrid. Watching Real play Barca is like watching Tennessee play Florida when both teams were good. Barca just has a lot of speed. Happy with the outcome, even if Real didn't win, they played a hell of a match.

I seriously wouldn't count out Schalke. Any time you have a keeper the caliber of Neuer, you've got a shot. Question is if Schalke has the offense. Should be pretty interesting.

I'm fine with the result. Although, the no call on Casillas in the first half was more of a penalty than the one Madrid was given.

Mourinho is a genius for playing Pepe in the slot right in front of the back line. He terrorized Messi all game and probably had the most impact on the game. I wonder what he will do with Pepe when he doesn't have Albiol for the Copa final and no Carvalho for the first leg of the Champions League.

Good question. You get the feeling that they poured everything they could into this match and Wednesday is going to be much different. Even as a Real fan, you have to admit they have to play out of their minds to keep up with Barca.

Mourinho scares me over two legs. He really knows how to win those type of matchups like SAF. I never really felt like Real Madrid was truly threatening to win this game. Committing so many numbers back really hinders their offensive chances. I'm not sure Mourinho has found the right balance to beat Barcelona yet.

Decent game. The Timbers army is awesome. And I can't think of a better way to celebrate a goal than a dude with a chainsaw.

I'll probably go back

Well, Manchester United and Arsenal both with draws during the week, so little has changed on the league table. Chelsea are now tied with Arsenal behind Man U.
