Dzeko is doin' work. Spurs have squandered opportunity after opportunuty, while City are capitalizing on what little Spurs are giving them.

Arsenal ****ing blows.

As much as I hate to admit it.... We never had a chance in this game and we never will as long as Arsene Wenger is manager. It reminds me of the Phil Fulmer saga where we just kept thinking maybe he would turn it around...

If he doesn't pull some kind of magic in the next 3 days this is going to be a long season. Given, having Wilshere back in the midfield will help our causes and make games less embarrassing, but there is no reason to rely on a 19 year old in such a way. Arsenal do not even look like the same team right now... It is hard to be a supporter when you see self destruction right in front of you.

Everything aside, Szczesny will be a phenomenal goalkeeper one day if his confidence isn't destroyed this season.

EDIT: This is an identical feeling to the USA vs Mexico gold cup final. Sucks.

disgraceful by United not to keep a clean sheet against this lot :)

Arsene better be on the phone tonight with at least 3 more players agreeing to pay them whatever they want tonight or he will be gone

Appreciate it.

Hoping things will turn around. Can get much worse right?

Of course it could be worse. You could be a Gamecock fan, and have suffered heartbreak after heartbreak without a championship. :)

I'am a huge Arsenal fan and I feel it's going to be a long season. Even at full strength we didn't have a chance at Old Trafford. I'm really worried about being sent down this year. We get every team's best shot and they will love beating us while we're down. The defense stinks and there is no one to score ( besides # 10 ) and he is prone to injury. I do believe the core of young talent can get us back but it is going to take a year or two. I saw writing on wall when Nasri and Cesc wanted to leave. Hope I'm wrong but I got this bad feeling

What do you y'all think would be a bigger boost for your season? Spending money in the next three days or firing Wenger? Either way I think some new blood is a must.

Spending money for experienced players in the back and at midfield. 19 year olds aren't going to help this team out at all.

At full strength they are still a good team, not a top 4 team, but they still have talent. We've yet to see a match where they have had everyone healthy yet. They basically had a Carling Cup out there yesterday.

This maybe a bad year for the Gunners, but they will not be relegated.

Dang, hate to see Mertesacker leave Werder as they are my 2nd favorite Bundesliga team, but good for you guys. He's a bit slow, but a darn good defender.

Wish Bayern would have picked him or Alex up.

Mertesacker is confirmed and Andre Santos has been agreed to.

Things are changing slowly. I am all smiles today though.

What do you think about the possibility of Dempsey playing at Emirates?

I haven't heard anything about it, but at the same time I doubt Wenger would go for someone like him. He doesn't like selfish players and Dempsey lacks the creativity for Arsenal, IMO.

Supposedly, Glazer's overdraft is being extended right now. United appear to be up to something.
