I wanna say Frank was smart enough to not count on Beachy...but it seems like he was for sure. We needed to make a move, so I hope he tried.

No way to know about Hudson injury. We needed an ace, not another filler. No aces available really. Not thrilled with beachys turnout or that senseless complete game. Not thrilled with Julio's innings count. Not thrilled with banking on Minor and Medlen in a playoff rotation, but such is life. We need to at least hold on to host the NLDS ha. Being home for 3 and 4 instead of 1 and 2 doesn't jive with my schedule quite so much.

I still can't get over how crazy this year has been. If you'd told me we would get to September with O'Flaherty, Venters, Heyward, Hudson and Beachy on the shelf and BJ and Uggla hitting .180, I'd have guessed the Braves were 10 games under .500.

Idk what their plans are for wood, but assuming he doesn't get a spot, I'd go Julio mike medlen if at home..and probably medlen, Julio, mike if on road.

I'd go Mike on the road and the others at home. Mike has the lowest ERA on the road in the NL this season. Medlen, Julio, Mike on the road game 3. But that would actually require thinking on Fredi's part and well we all know how that usually ends.
