He will most likely get shipped in exchange for a 1 round pick or an NHL ready forward. He is good player and has put up respectable numbers all things considered in his limited icetime in Nashville. This team is so defensively rich and offensively famished that they have to move him. One of our best trade pieces.

On a side note, pretty awesome to see 2 black kids go in the top 7 of the NHL draft. Very good for the game. Seth who is of course Popeye Jones' son and Darnell Nurse who is the nephew of Donovan McNabb.

That said, Poile is not going to give him away. His trade stock will keep rising if he comes out playing. If he puts up a good plus and continues to develop he will be a hot commodity. Especially around the deadline next season.

Was wondering about that. First thing I saw about it last week made some sort of mention about a "speedy player from Memphis" or something like that, but then his name wasn't ever one of the ones listed of the four dismissed. Something new?

Just the local rumblings on the radio. Could just be a rumor or it could be true. Either way, this whole thing has potential to get very messy.
