It’s early. Getting Cease will make up for a lot of it. But if this the rotation he’s going with, I want to hear some explanations

That'd mainly what I'm calling a bad off season.
Fried and Strider are good but the rest is underwhelming. I want a good SP.

Baltimore could easily dispense of 3 position players and top the Cease deal without an issue if they want.

Are we going to discuss Cease’s fball velo declining? His bona fides as an “ace” ?

We don’t have anything meaningful to trade to get him so I’m not sweating it but I’m interested to see what he actually ends up being traded for.
