The Atlanta Braves Thread

Not to go full @zjcvols with number of conference games grumble grumble grumble but I can’t really get excited about Chattanooga
We are taking my 2.5 year old to his first game at Neyland, but other than that, no. Also, I am a UTC alum and have never had one iota of interest in their football team. When I was a student there, I think I attended one game and it was a Thursday night season opener that didn't interfere with watching other games.

It’s cool to blame Luke Jackson and he does stink but might wanna score more than 1 run

8 runs in a 3 game home set with the nationals is bad

Brother I got to mix it up, I can't complain about the offense every day.

Wish they’d either do away with FCS games or give everybody one and treat it like a preseason game that doesn’t count.

The fact this hasn't happened is crazy to me. Hopefully ESPN will put some pressure on the conferences to schedule real games in the future but we will see.

As much as I would love to see Deion lose, part of me thinks picking NDSU in this spot is too trendy and Colorado wins, maybe comfortably.
I don't know that they will, it's just something I want to see happen. NDSU will be better coached but Colorado has more talent.
I put a small play on NDSU out of spite.

if we beat Alabama, we are whooping UF.
2024 NC State game = 2022 Pitt game. I think that'll be a dogfight and can give guys confidence on how win a game for later in the season. NC State is not a bad or mediocre team; they have a good QB and a good defense.

I don't know to what extent we are overlooking them because the most popular thing to say about that game is "I hope we don't overlook NC State." It seems like trap games tend to be overlooked not just by the players/coaches but also fans. I think Arkansas is much more likely to be the trap game as that article suggests. It's in Fayetteville and sandwiched between Oklahoma and Florida (but with a bye week before it though).

well I need to stop going to games. I was there Sunday, in the sun, watching us lose again.

before this season every game I was at, we won at Truist. This year I think I have only seen 1 win.

Braves offense is averaging 2.7 rpg during this winning streak.

Key road trip starting in the Twin Cities where the Braves desperately need a sweep before heading on to Philadelphia.
