The Bash Juan Montoya Thread!!!

Truex is the man. I bet Pablo Escobar was rubbing him for a while and he got sick of it. Pablo is a disgrace to the sport.

Bingo, but everyone here fails to realize that.

For the last time, I am not defending and have not defended Montoya. I don't give a damn about him one way or the other, he doesn't even register on my radar. Me bashing Truex is not me defending Montoya, because I just don't care.

I wasn't talking about you. There are some sensible ones like d4ser3, sabanoccio, and a couple others, but the majority are too in love with Montoya to realize he's going to be a failure. For all that were making fun of me earlier, guess who was right. I said wait till he messes with the wrong person, guess what he crossed harvicks path, and of course he was involved in yet another wreck. Now Harvicks more of a talker, I'll admit that, he's calmed down from his earlier years, but still he'll get him back sooner or later. I'm just waiting on Tidwell to come on and defend ole Juan.

Yeah, Tid will try to say that Pablo was run over, which Truex could've backed off and didn't but I think he was just racing Montoya the way that Montoya was racing him, and how he has been racing everyone else all year long. Pablo has to learn that there are 42 other cars on the track that can be your enemy if you make yourself a target.

He's calmed down since the suspension. Plus I said earlier he's always been talk. But I bet 5 years ago he would have knocked Pablo idiot into next week.

if he's all talk, why do you keep talking about what a bad a$$ he is? i'd bet 5 years ago he would have done the same thing he did today. nothing.

OK, that why he took care of Gibbs at Martinsville in the trucks. The only time he ever should have beat someone up was at Richmond. It was the 2nd year in a row that Rudd had wrecked him for the win in the final couple of laps. Mark it down, at Bristol if the opportunity presents itself then he'll take care of ole Pablo idiot. At least in the F1 it took a couple of years before he was hated by everyone, it's took him 20 races over here.

you guys can't read (or comprehend what you're writing):

The 1 car of Martin Truex Jr. got into the back of Montoya's No. 42 Big Red Dodge Avenger headed into the treacherous first turn of the road course and sent him careening into Harvick.
hmm....

also,

Tony Stewart, the eventual race winner, had this to say about the altercation: "I hear they still had the Hans and helmets on ... If you're not going to take 'em off then don't waste everyone's time."

amen!

After watching the replay I've determined that Harvick was being profesional. He never instigated this and the whole time he was trying to resolve the matter. Meanwhile was swinging his 2 little hands in the air. If Harvick wanted to he could have beat him to the ground.
