The Bash Juan Montoya Thread!!!

After watching the replay I've determined that Harvick was being profesional. He never instigated this and the whole time he was trying to resolve the matter.

Were you in a coma or something when Harvick parked in front of Montoya's car and then walked over and got in Montoya's face?

No, I taped the race and it shows Harvick not wanting to participate in phyiscal behavior. Montoya started it, and Harvick was just upset. It looked like Harvick was upset at what happened and then thought better of the situation. But he would have whoped his a** if forced too just like he said in his interview.

Rewind the tape and tell me who parked in front of whom and who clearly walked over to instigate a confrontation verbal or otherwise.

you're asking him to use non-biased judgement. that may be difficult.

Harvick did, but Harvick never layed a hand on Montoya except to stop Montoya. Even Rusty was saying that Montoya was starting it and Punch agreed. Of course Petree had to be different and blame it on Kevin.

Even Montoya himself said he had a big 1st gear and was slow on the starts. He should have let Martin go on and ran him back down. Another example of why JPM knows nothing about giving but all about taking.

The funny part was when Harvick got in Montoya's face and it became clear that all Harvick was there to do was get in his face and act tough.

Yeah, Tid will try to say that Pablo was run over, which Truex could've backed off and didn't but I think he was just racing Montoya the way that Montoya was racing him, and how he has been racing everyone else all year long. Pablo has to learn that there are 42 other cars on the track that can be your enemy if you make yourself a target.

So you are endorsing Truex's actions but still blame it on JPM. Simply amazing.

I'm just going by the history here. Pablo has had a history of racing guys the wrong way. i'm just saying it's coming back. Karma's a beeoch. I don't care who's fault the wreck was.

"Seems like he runs over somebody every week" says Harvick.
"I was talking about kicking his ass that's what I was talking about."
That was special. Harvick says that later on in front of the TV cameras... what was stopping him from doing it when Montoya was in his face, grabbing his helmet, and pushing him around?

Who was it several years ago that called him a little yapping dog?
Ricky Rudd

Harvick has had some infamous run-ins. Remember when he threatened to kick Joe Nemecek's a$$? Now that was funny.

Harvick has threatened to kick a lot of butt in the last 6 years, but for whatever reason, his run in with Nemechek escapes me. When/where was that one?

then Harvick got his thise weekend for dumping Pruett last weekend in Canada.

He got mad at Joe during the Gatorade Duel races one year too.

wrong (as always). Joe got mad at Harvick for wrecking half the field. Harvick was attempting to bump draft the the 48 in the turn and took out a bunch of great cars.

i love how people act like Harvick is some kind of saint when in fact he's one of the biggest morons in the sport.

Sorry but the pitty-pat has got to go guys. Show me some hockey style here...helmets flying and punching. That was a third grade cat fight if I've ever seen one. When the spotlight was on, NASCAR was emasculated.

It was at the allstar race in 2005.
There's a video up here.

further proof that Harvick is a moron and spends more time trying to be hard than he does racing. talk about not thinking before you open your mouth.

edit: where did that Lady Vols thing come from?
